红烧肉
不加水,不加酱油的红烧肉,炖至软糯,一口一个,超级下饭!

  • 料酒2勺
  • 色拉油2勺

Steps to make 红烧肉

  • 1.五花肉切成麻将大小的块。
  • 2.猪肉冷水下锅焯水,加入葱,姜,料酒,煮开撇去浮沫。
  • 3.五花肉捞出过凉冲洗干净。
  • 4.起锅,加入一勺油一勺水,加入冰糖炒个糖色。
  • 5.熬制枣红色加入开水,盛出备用。
  • 6.起锅加入一勺油,下入五花肉,小火慢煎出多余的油脂,煎至两面微黄。
  • 7.倒出多余的油脂,加入两个八角,倒入一瓶啤酒,漫过五花肉为宜。
  • 8.大火煮开后,倒入糖色,加入两粒冰糖,转小火炖45分钟。
  • 9.五花肉炖至软烂,加入盐调味。
  • 10.大火收汁即可。
  • 11.出锅装盘,可以开吃了。
