Steps to make 奶香豆沙吐司

  • 1.准备好所需食材
  • 2.将面粉、30g细砂糖、3g盐、1颗鸡蛋、25g活酵母混合后加入60ml牛奶、60ml鲜奶油搅匀后揉至面团光滑
  • 3.加入室温软化的20g黄油继续揉面团至光滑有韧性
  • 4.用湿布盖住容器在温暖的环境中进行第一次45分钟的发酵,面团发酵至原先的2倍大
  • 5.取面团将气体揉出后分成4等分,在以手滚圆盖上湿布在室温下松弛15分钟
  • 6.将松弛的面团用擀面杖擀成椭圆形后均匀的铺抹上红豆沙
  • 7.取面片卷成卷后口炒香放入吐司模中,后盖上湿布继续放置在温暖的环境中进行第二次45分钟发酵
  • 8.用全蛋液均匀的刷在面团表面
  • 9.将吐司面团放入烤箱中以160度中上火烤40~50分钟即可
