  • 1.准备食材巴马红梗米饭、鸡蛋、黄瓜、胡萝卜、火腿肠
  • 2.米饭趁热放入精盐、香油翻拌均匀
  • 3.鸡蛋煎成蛋饼
  • 4.把胡萝卜、黄瓜、鸡蛋、火腿全部切成长条
  • 5.竹帘上放一张紫菜
  • 6.把巴马红梗米饭均匀铺在上面,可用小勺适当压平,增加粘合
  • 7.把切好的各种食材放在米饭上面
  • 8.用竹帘卷起来,可重复多次,卷的扎实一点
