Steps to make 豉油鸡腿

  • 1.鸡小腿4只清洗干净。
  • 2.姜切片、蒜切片。
  • 3.取一个砂锅,加生抽豉油、老抽、花生油、芝麻油,盐、清水调成豉油汁。
  • 4.锅内汤汁煮开放入鸡腿,上盖小火煮十分钟。
  • 5.十分钟后开盖放入姜片蒜片,继续上盖小火煮五分钟。
  • 6.煮好的鸡腿继续在锅内泡浸20分钟。
  • 7.将鸡腿盛出放凉,斩块摆盘。
  • 8.成品图。
