带鱼常见的做法有清蒸,红烧,干煸,今天教大家一个家常的带鱼做法,这种做法用到的食材和制作过程都十分简单,看了就能做出来,而且味道还特别鲜美,我家小朋友最喜欢这样的做法了,简直就是百吃不厌,我一次买了三条大带鱼,一连吃了三天了,把孩子可高兴坏了。

  • 生粉1勺
  • 熟芝麻1勺
  • 大葱1段

Steps to make 煎带鱼

  • 1.新鲜的带鱼,表面会有一层银鳞,那层银色的鳞其实是一层由特殊的脂肪形成的表皮,又称“银脂”,营养价值很高,吃起来没有腥味,所以尽量保留住,无需洗掉。
  • 2.去掉带鱼的头尾,剪去鱼鳍,抽掉内脏,然后将带鱼剁成块状,再次清洗干净。
  • 3.稍微沥干下带鱼的水分,然后撒上生姜,黑胡椒,少许盐,一点点生粉,用手抓匀,盐不要放多,因为带鱼本身就有咸味,即便是不放盐也有咸味了。
  • 4.油锅烧热,稍微比炒菜的油多一点点即可,中小火烧热以后放入带鱼,炸至略微焦黄即可夹出来。
  • 5.等带鱼块稍微凉一些,再次将带鱼倒回油锅,煎至两面焦黄色更深,外表焦脆。
  • 6.然后加入一勺熟芝麻,适量的葱末,翻炒出香味即可。
  • 7.这样做出来的带鱼外焦里嫩,肉质白嫩鲜美,超级好吃。
