舔手指的蜜汁排骨(烤箱版)
排骨经过一天的腌制非常入味,只要放入烤箱内烤制就能成为下饭圣品,肉酥浓酱舔手指都停不下来呢!

  • 猪肋排骨16根(2kg左右)
  • 海鲜酱125ml
  • 蚝油125ml
  • 红糖90g
  • 清水250ml
  • 3片+6片
  • 8瓣

Steps to make 舔手指的蜜汁排骨(烤箱版)

  • 1.排骨洗净切条。
  • 2.放冷水里浸泡3小时,每小时换水。
  • 3.3片姜和8瓣蒜切末。
  • 4.在一碗内调和腌料:海鲜酱、蚝油、红糖、蒜姜末和清水
  • 5.平铺排骨,倒入腌料,摆上另外6片姜片,包上保鲜膜入冰箱腌制到使用。
  • 6.烤箱预热到180度。排骨取出,排放在烤盆内(能安全放入烤箱内烘烤的器皿),倒入所有腌料,一滴不剩。盖上锡纸,放入烤箱烤制1小时15分钟
  • 7.时间到后拿去锡纸,继续烤制20分钟。接着提高烤箱温度至200度,最后烤制20分钟,汤汁收到喜爱程度即可。
