  • 1.南瓜切块去皮。
  • 2.南瓜隔水蒸软。
  • 3.南瓜泥加入酵母,面粉、奶粉揉成面团,盖上保鲜膜发酵。
  • 4.发酵好的面团拿出加入少许面粉,擀成薄片(大约5毫米左右)。
  • 5.然后用模具或者瓶盖压出小面包形状。
  • 6.平底锅小火烧热,均匀放入小面包,继续小火加热,盖上盖子。
  • 7.等待面包一面上色后翻面,两面都上色了就可以出锅了。
