日式照烧烤鱿鱼

Steps to make 日式照烧烤鱿鱼

  • 1.鱿鱼洗净,去掉内脏,撕去表皮;
  • 2.切除鱿鱼须,一只切开,不断开,另一只切花刀失败,只好切块;
  • 3.鱿鱼放保鲜盒,然后加料酒、日式照烧酱腌制1小时以上;
  • 4.用竹签子将鱿鱼穿起来;
  • 5.洋葱撕成瓣,铺在烤盘;
  • 6.把鱿鱼串放上,刷一层橄榄油;
  • 7.烤箱预热180度,上下火烤5分钟左右取出继续刷烤酱;
  • 8.每隔10分取出翻动一次,约两次即可烤熟。最后几分钟撒孜然粉。
