潮汕生蚝花甲酸菜开胃汤
生蚝很多都是拿来烧烤或是蒜蓉蒸生蚝,今天来煮一份我们潮汕的开胃生蚝花甲酸菜汤,清淡开胃,营养价值也高。

Steps to make 潮汕生蚝花甲酸菜开胃汤

  • 1.首先准备生蚝、花甲、酸菜、生姜、芹菜。
  • 2.起锅烧水下姜丝和酸菜煮开,把姜和酸菜味煮出来。
  • 3.加入花甲,是适当的盐和油。
  • 4.等花甲开了加入生蚝煮开就可以了,(下生蚝后不需要煮太久,把水煮开就可以,煮太久生蚝的口感没有那么好,而且煮久也会缩小很多)
  • 5.汤碗中放入芹菜末,煮好的汤直接倒进去就可以啦!一碗清甜酸菜汤就可以上桌啦~
