辣椒炒羊肚
看着白白的羊肚、我很想吃。所以买了回来、可是这个肚、需要好好的洗干净。然后煮两次。炒比较简单。很好吃的菜。就是麻烦一点。

Steps to make 辣椒炒羊肚

  • 1.羊肚洗干净了。在洗的时候、用手摘去黑色的膜。
  • 2.盐水煮10分钟、去异味。
  • 3.第二次用酱汤煮。煮20分钟以后、控水、切小片。
  • 4.取四个尖辣椒、去籽切小块备用。
  • 5.炒锅放一勺油和花椒、炒炒。
  • 6.再放辣椒炒一下。
  • 7.后放羊肚和少许盐炒匀。
  • 8.看看辣椒已经炒熟了、成盘即可食。
