  • 鲜牛奶170g

Steps to make 全麦奶香小面包

  • 1.270g全麦粉。
  • 2.40g燕麦片。
  • 3.172g鲜牛奶。
  • 4.将上述3种食材全部倒入面盆中。
  • 5.4g酵母粉、10g白糖用少许温水溶化,倒入面盆中,放20g玉兰油,搅成絮状。
  • 6.反复推拉按压20分钟左右,放入盆中,盖上保鲜膜。
  • 7.醒发至2倍大,叠压排气,盖湿布松弛20分钟。
  • 8.再按压排气,分成9个大小均匀的面团,松弛20分钟。
  • 9.团成小馒头状醒发20分钟,放入预热好的烤箱中烤10分钟。(上下火180度)
  • 10.取出涮上蛋黄液。
  • 11.沾上一层燕麦片。
  • 12.重新放入烤箱中烤30分钟。
