Steps to make 萝卜烧排骨

  • 1.主料:排骨900克。
  • 2.白白胖胖的大萝卜一根切块。
  • 3.配料:姜、八角、香草、辣椒、桔皮。
  • 4.调料:油盐、老抽、米酒。
  • 5.先来烧滚水。
  • 6.把排骨焯血水。
  • 7.洗净备用。
  • 8.热锅下油烧热。
  • 9.把配料都倒入爆出香味。
  • 10.然后倒排骨翻炒有点焦香味。
  • 11.再加萝卜一起翻炒。
  • 12.加老抽少许盐入味均匀上色。
  • 13.然后加两勺米酒一起翻炒均匀(因米酒是甜的所以不用炒糖色也不用再加冰糖)。
  • 14.加入开水煮开。
  • 15.转入高压锅压30分钟即可装盘。
