Steps to make 酿香菇

  • 1.肉末加入适量盐、生抽、白胡椒粉和香油调味,切好的胡萝卜粒加少许植物油放入肉末中。
  • 2.戴上一次性手套或者用手直接搅拌均匀。
  • 3.香菇洗净,用盐水泡十分钟。
  • 4.香菇晾干水,用勺子取适量肉末放入香菇中,一次放到碟子里,用豌豆点缀。水烧开后,放入香菇,隔水蒸四十分钟(大火)
