Steps to make 鱼咬羊

  • 1.用盐,鸡粉和料酒将羊肉腌制5-10分钟
  • 2.锅中烧水,将腌制好的羊肉放入沸水中汆烫片刻
  • 3.羊肉汆烫后取出待用
  • 4.切姜片,并将姜片和八角放入油锅中炒香
  • 5.锅中再放入羊肉翻炒
  • 6.锅中放入料酒和少许老抽炒匀
  • 7.加入水,生抽,料酒,盐,鸡粉和白糖将羊肉煮熟
  • 8.把羊肉和汤底分别从锅中取出待用
  • 9.鱼身上抹盐,腌制片刻,把羊肉塞入鲈鱼里
  • 10.姜片放入油锅中炒香
  • 11.将鱼腹部用竹签封口,防止鱼翻身时羊肉掉出来,下油锅将鱼炸至两面微黄
  • 12.把煮羊肉的汤底倒入锅中,放入切好的大葱,枸杞,少许八角焖煮至鱼熟,取下封鱼腹部的竹签
  • 13.把鱼取出装盘,把汤汁淋在鱼身上即可
