肥肠,很好吃的一个家常菜

  • 胡椒粉1克
  • 酱油膏1小勺
  • 老抽1小勺
  • 2头
  • 料酒3大勺
  • 冰糖1茶勺
  • 生抽1小勺
  • 白醋1小勺

Steps to make 蒜香肥肠

  • 1.蒜去衣,肥肠切段洗净。
  • 2.肥肠用白酒料酒和胡椒粉浸泡20分钟。
  • 3.肥肠焯水。
  • 4.中火,锅内加油下生姜和蒜,煸出香味后剔除。
  • 5.锅内下冰糖炒糖色。
  • 6.下肥肠煸炒,下生抽、老抽、白醋和料酒煸炒均匀后下剩余的蒜。
  • 7.锅内加开水,煮开后中小火慢炖。
  • 8.煮至水少后,大火收汁,等汁收干后起锅装盘。
