Steps to make 火龙果慕斯之红色恋人

  • 1.提前准备好所有原材料
  • 2.可可粉先和水混合,然后再与色拉油混合搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入蛋黄搅拌均匀
  • 4.加入过筛的低筋面粉混合搅拌均匀
  • 5.蛋白分三次加入细砂糖打至硬性发泡状
  • 6.取一半的蛋白霜与之前的巧克力蛋黄糊切拌均匀
  • 7.然后再与剩下的蛋白霜混合切拌均匀,倒入模具175度烘焙20分钟
  • 8.烤好的蛋糕片冷却后用慕斯模具切出形状
  • 9.淡奶油打至如图的8分发
  • 10.将红心火龙果汁和打发的淡奶油混合搅拌均匀
  • 11.吉利丁片+2大勺冷水软化后,隔水加热至完全溶解,与火龙果慕斯液混合
  • 12.底部是蛋糕片,倒入慕斯液
  • 13.果冻层用的火龙果汁+糖粉搅拌均匀
  • 14.吉利丁片+2大勺冷水软化后,隔水加热至完全溶解,然后倒在慕斯层上,冷藏3小时定型
  • 15.用热毛巾捂一下慕斯圈,脱模
  • 16.奶油霜的制作,黄油+糖粉+淡奶油+柠檬汁混合打发
  • 17.奶油霜装入裱花袋,用1号花嘴在顶部画出蕾丝,写上aca哦
