鸡脚花生汤
鸡脚煲汤后,汤冷了就像果冻一样,那都是胶原蛋白啊。加上别名“长生果”的花生,和补血养颜的红枣。这一碗好汤就趁热喝了吧。鸡脚比猪脚汤要好喝多了。不会觉得荤腥。

Steps to make 鸡脚花生汤

  • 1.原料图。
  • 2.鸡脚斩开,烧开水,放入鸡脚大火煮开,放一汤匙料酒不盖锅盖,再次煮开即可,捞出洗净备用。
  • 3.花生红枣洗净,姜切片。
  • 4.所有食材一起放入煲中,煲一小时。
  • 5.调入盐,胡椒粉,继续半小时即可
  • 6.出锅可根据喜好放入香油或者香菜之类的。
