Steps to make 菠菜菜鱼

  • 1.菠菜洗干净切成菠菜末,里面加少许食用碱和盐抓拌均匀。
  • 2.将面粉放进去。
  • 3.用筷子搅拌成絮状。
  • 4.揉成软硬适中的面团醒发20分钟。
  • 5.20分钟后用擀面杖擀成稍微厚一点的的面片。
  • 6.切成条。
  • 7.锅中烧水,水开后将菜鱼放进去大火烧开,中间加两次冷水关火。
  • 8.捞出放进碗里。
  • 9.我里面加的是西红柿炒鸡蛋和炒葱花臊子,爱吃辣椒的放些油泼辣子,放上生抽和香醋,保证你吃的停不下来。
