Steps to make 手抓饭

  • 1.准备好电饭煲,淘洗干净倒入米和水浸泡。将准备好的300g鲜望羊腿肉(vx搜鲜望羊品)洗净切块,土豆、胡萝卜切块。洋葱和葱切成碎末。
  • 2.加热油至冒烟,放入切好的葱段。
  • 3.葱爆香后,加入切碎的洋葱爆炒。
  • 4.爆香后加入切好的胡萝卜片翻炒均匀。
  • 5.炒均后加入切好的羊肉块翻炒。
  • 6.倒入生抽、酱油翻炒均匀。
  • 7.翻炒均匀后,倒入纯净水、土豆焖煮。
  • 8.水开翻滚,过三分钟后倒入浸泡好的米饭电饭锅中。
  • 9.按照正常煮米饭流程,开煮,完成开锅。
  • 10.搅拌均匀,大功告成。
