  • 红辣椒1个
  • 熟白芝麻1小勺
  • 香葱2根
  • 小红葱头2个
  • 料酒1勺
  • 酱油1勺

Steps to make 沙茶排骨

  • 1.排骨500g冷水入锅煮5分钟,捞去浮沫,用热水冲洗干净。
  • 2.排骨中加入两大勺的沙茶酱,料酒1勺,酱油1勺抓匀腌渍。
  • 3.腌渍半小时以上。
  • 4.红辣椒适量。小红葱头2个切大块,生姜4片,大蒜3粒从中间切开,香葱两根挽结。
  • 5.炒锅的油要放多一些。下入姜片炸至边缘焦黄。
  • 6.下入腌好的排骨翻炒2分钟左右。
  • 7.加入料酒。
  • 8.加入配料:红葱头,青红辣椒,蒜片,香葱结翻炒。
  • 9.加入适量的温水,大火烧开,小火慢炖,把腌肉剩的料汁也倒进去。
  • 10.炖至水减半时,尝尝汤味,加入适量的盐、糖。盐别加太多,一会要收干汁水。
  • 11.炖到水不多时开大火收汁。
  • 12.汁水不多要勤翻炒。
  • 13.出锅装盘撒白芝麻。
