Steps to make 疙瘩汤

  • 1.生菜摘洗干净,切丝,可以根据个人的喜好撕成大片或者整个叶子直接煮。
  • 2.提前准备好面疙瘩,水开就可以煮了。面粉加入适量的水搅拌成细碎的小面疙瘩,要慢慢的加水,搅拌的细小均匀。
  • 3.锅中加入适量的水,水开下入面疙瘩,迅速滑开,注意勤搅拌至煮熟。
  • 4.下入生菜丝,关火,加入盐、胡椒粉、蘑菇粉和生抽调味,喜欢的可以加点香油,晚餐我喜欢清淡的,没加油。
  • 5.出锅,喜欢辣味的可以加点小米辣,或者辣椒油或者辣椒酱,随个人口味。
