简版手指饼干
很多时候我们会为了别人而忘了自我,为了吸引眼球而忘了自我所需!所以记得回归本心甚是重要!记得拿到烤箱前我最想做的饼干是手指饼干,原因很简单就是当我们想做提拉米苏要用到是不必去超市买自己会做划算?今个算是了却初心,手指饼干献上,希望亲们喜欢!

  • 低筋面粉60克
  • 蛋黄用白糖20克
  • 蛋白用白糖30克
  • 鸡蛋2个

Steps to make 简版手指饼干

  • 1.分离蛋黄与蛋白后蛋黄加入白糖
  • 2.用蛋抽搅至白糖融化备用
  • 3.蛋白用打蛋器打至粗泡后加入10克白糖
  • 4.继续打至大纹路再加入10克白糖
  • 5.打至打蛋器有点阻力而且纹路更清晰时加入最后10克白糖
  • 6.打至清晰纹路和小尖角即蛋白十分发状态
  • 7.取三分之一蛋白加入蛋黄中用切拌和翻拌的手法拌匀
  • 8.拌匀后倒回剩下的蛋白翻拌均匀
  • 9.筛入低粉用同样的手法拌匀
  • 10.装进裱花袋,裱花袋剪一小口
  • 11.挤进垫了油纸的烤盘
  • 12.烤箱上下火190度预热十分钟后放入中层烤二十分钟
  • 13.出炉后提起油纸移至烤架晾凉
