Steps to make 烤乳鸽

  • 1.鸽子处理干净。
  • 2.放入除蜂蜜外的所有调料,腌制至少两个小时才能完全入味。
  • 3.所有配料。
  • 4.将配料切块, 放入空气炸锅底部 。
  • 5.腌制好的鸽子用锡箔纸包住翅尖和爪子,以免烤焦,放入配菜表面 。
  • 6.先180度烤15分钟 。
  • 7.烤的过程中准备好适量的蜂蜜汁。
  • 8.时间到,颜色烤的非常漂亮 。
  • 9.表面刷上蜂蜜汁 。
  • 10.翻个面也刷上蜂蜜汁, 继续180度烤15分钟。
  • 11.时间到出锅 ,表面因为刷了蜂蜜汁的缘故有点焦黑 ,但一点不影响口感。
  • 12.切块上桌。
  • 13.成品。味道挺赞!
