  • 1.准备好原材料;
  • 2. 鸭血提前焯下水, 焯水时加入点盐;
  • 3. 热锅凉油, 下入豆瓣酱煸炒;
  • 4.煸炒出红油后下入姜蒜末煸炒;
  • 5.爆香后加入少许水煮开;
  • 6.下入焯过水的鸭血块翻炒;
  • 7. 加入少许水淀粉勾薄芡;
  • 8. 最后出锅前加入韭菜段翻炒至变色即可。
  • 9.盛入盘中。
