  • 1.将买好的豆腐放在平板上放置1天去除多余水分
  • 2.把豆腐用手能碎放入上述材料搅拌均匀备用。
  • 3.锅中倒油,烧到温热《五六成热》时,将豆腐用左手抓至一大块用左手挤出圆形丸子样式用小勺将挤出的丸子放入油锅里,炸成金黄色,捞出装盘即可。
