蚝油肉丝海带
以前我做海带都是烧或炖,今天咱来改变下炒一道“蚝油肉丝海带”。在炒这道菜时,千万不要炒的太干,否则吃到嘴里就感觉海带很干,要带点汁。在这个干燥的季节,吃着很滋润。

    Steps to make 蚝油肉丝海带

    • 1.准备好海带和猪肉。
    • 2.把海带切成寸段。
    • 3.猪肉切成丝(冻一下好切)。
    • 4.青红椒切成丝。
    • 5.葱、姜、蒜切成末。
    • 6.海带放入锅中煮烂后捞出备用。
    • 7.热锅凉油,加入肉丝,放入姜、蒜、葱一起炒香。
    • 8.变色后加入蚝油。
    • 9.炒一炒,加入约150克的开水。
    • 10.放入海带和青红椒丝炒。
    • 11.大火炒稍收下汁,放入胡椒粉炒匀,最后淋入少许醋出锅。
