糖烤板栗
金秋十月,正是栗子成熟和大量上市的季节。每到秋天,大街小巷都会出现许多糖炒栗子的摊点。栗子香甜可口,健体养生,是深受大家喜爱的休闲佳品。 前些天,做了糖炒栗子,累得我腰酸胳膊疼,这次来个省事的,用烤箱,味道一样的棒。

Steps to make 糖烤板栗

  • 1.栗子清洗干净,用刀切开一个口。
  • 2.将栗子放入水中浸泡20分钟。
  • 3.将栗子捞出,放在晾架上晒干。
  • 4.栗子放入盆中,加入一勺花生油,搅拌均匀,使每颗栗子上都裹上油。
  • 5.烤盘放锡纸,将栗子平铺在烤盘上,烤箱预热后,放入中层,上下火,烤20分钟。
  • 6.白糖放入碗中,倒入热水将白糖化开。将烤盘拿出,把糖水均匀地刷在板栗上,裂口处多刷一些。刷好后再烤10分钟(烤5分钟后取出再刷糖水一次)。
  • 7.香甜可口
