  • 1.材料:鲜菱角、西芹、少许枸杞调味:盐、水淀粉、鸡粉、葱姜片
  • 2.西芹择洗干净,切菱形片;菱角去外壳;枸杞温水浸泡5分钟备用。
  • 3.锅置火上水烧沸、下入菱角煮熟捞出去皮备用。
  • 4.西芹下入沸水锅中汆烫一下捞出沥干水。
  • 5.锅置火上油烧热,下入葱姜片爆香。
  • 6.下入西芹、菱角、枸杞、料酒、盐、鸡粉翻炒几下。
  • 7.用水淀粉勾芡,炒匀即可。
