Steps to make 酥炸黄金虾

  • 1.玉米面放入小海虾中拌匀
  • 2.觉得玉米面有点少,又加了一点点玉米面同时放入盐拌匀
  • 3.小虾清洗干净备用
  • 4.用笊篱把小虾的水大控一控,这样炸虾的时候不崩油
  • 5.玉米面放入小海虾中拌匀
  • 6.觉得玉米面有点少,又加了一点点玉米面同时放入盐拌匀
  • 7.锅中倒入适量油加热
  • 8.油温在7~8成热就可以将小海虾部分放入锅中开始炸
  • 9.在小虾定型后要勤翻动,这样炸出来的虾受热均匀口感好
  • 10.小虾炸至金黄色即可捞出
  • 11.炸好的小海虾装入盘中
  • 12.油炸的食物就是香,不过不建议亲们经常吃油炸
  • 13.小海虾即补钙有美味
