  • 1.两种面粉混合均匀
  • 2.放入葱花、水、盐调成稀面糊
  • 3.土豆、胡萝卜切丝
  • 4.起油锅煸炒土豆、胡萝卜,放盐
  • 5.放点生抽、开水
  • 6.再放点葱段翻炒一会出锅
  • 7.锅中稍放点油涂抹均匀,舀入一点面糊,小火,转动锅体,使面糊均匀铺满锅底
  • 8.等面糊定型后上面打入鸡蛋,再翻面
  • 9.饼皮上铺上生菜叶、土豆丝
  • 10.涂点喜欢的拌饭酱
  • 11.底部鸡蛋定型后卷起即可
