酸酸甜甜——自制美味苹果酱
做了一个吐司,就想也换换口味,抹点果酱什么滴,于是就用了2个苹果制作果酱。可是吐司做好后果酱却没用上,木关系,大不了偶抹在馒头上。

Steps to make 酸酸甜甜——自制美味苹果酱

  • 1.将苹果洗净、去皮,切成小丁,泡在淡盐水中。
  • 2.把苹果丁放入锅内,加少许水,不能漫过苹果,大火烧开后改中小火。
  • 3.煮至苹果透明后,加入白糖搅拌至溶化。
  • 4.挤入少许柠檬汁(柠檬汁能起到防腐作用,而且提味)。
  • 5.煮大约5分钟,关火即可。
