百叶香菜卷
百叶香菜卷炸过后外酥里香,是一道很可口的素食油炸。口味多样化,酸甜辣都可以,也可以不用油炸,卷好的成品烫火锅吃,其它怎么吃都行。

Steps to make 百叶香菜卷

  • 1.准备好食材待用。
  • 2.香菜清洗干净沥干水分。
  • 3.将百叶切成五六公分宽的长段。
  • 4.再用刀在中间一切两段。
  • 5.食材放到砧板上准备就绪。
  • 6.将百叶铺好拿点香菜折在一起放百叶中间,两端露点叶子在外面,为了美观。
  • 7.用百叶把香菜卷起来。
  • 8.拿一根牙签从百叶中间穿过
  • 9.一盘半成品香菜卷好了
  • 10.将油倒入锅内,烧热。
  • 11.待油温上来把香菜卷投入锅内,可以分几次炸。
  • 12.再用筷子翻个面,百叶两面炸起泡就好了。
  • 13.将炸好的百叶沥干油逐个放入盘中,然后撒上孜然和椒盐。
  • 14.将番茄沙司点缀到百叶卷上,也可以用保鲜袋。把番茄沙司,挤到保鲜袋里面一个角处,用剪刀剪一个小口,挤到百叶卷上。
