Steps to make 雨花石汤圆

  • 1.准备好各种原料待用。
  • 2.将胡萝卜用料理机搅打成泥状待用。
  • 3.把糯米粉分别与紫薯粉、抹茶粉、可可粉、玉米粉混合,并加适量的清水和匀揉成软硬适中的四色面团。取适量的胡萝卜泥加入糯米粉,和匀揉成胡萝卜面团。叧备好红豆沙馅心待用。
  • 4.把五色面团分别搓揉成长条并将其重叠在一起。
  • 5.再轻轻压紧并拧成麻花状。
  • 6.将五色面分成约15克左右的小面团。
  • 7.取一面团放在掌心轻轻压扁,并包入适量的红豆沙馅心。
  • 8.把面皮轻轻地往上推,直至将馅心完全包住。
  • 9.用手轻轻地将其揉圆即可。
