Steps to make 酸汤荷包蛋

  • 1.柴鸡蛋3个。
  • 2.锅里适量水烧开,把火关了。
  • 3.鸡蛋打入。盖上盖焖一分钟左右。
  • 4.开小火稍煮一下,蛋白凝固成型。
  • 5.用锅铲轻轻铲离锅底。荷包蛋翻个个儿,关火。
  • 6.香葱切小粒。
  • 7.香葱碎放碗里,适量盐,生抽,陈醋,香油调味儿。
  • 8.沸水冲调。(也可以用煮荷包蛋的原汤)
  • 9.荷包蛋捞入碗里即可。
  • 10.成品。
