银耳南瓜红枣羹

红枣,又名大枣。自占以来就被列为“五果”(桃、李、梅、杏、枣)之一,历史悠久。大枣最突出的特点是维生素含量高。大枣有“天然维生素丸”的美誉。
南瓜含有淀粉蛋白质、胡萝卜素、维生素B、维生素C和钙、磷等成分。 南瓜不仅有较高的食用价值。而且有着不可忽视的食疗作用。据《滇南本草》载:南瓜性温,味甘无毒,入脾、胃二经,能润肺益气,化痰排浓,驱虫解毒,治咳止喘,疗肺痈便秘,并有利尿、美容等作用。

    • 1.南瓜,红枣,银耳,冰糖备用。
    • 2.红枣、在冷水中浸泡至泡发。
    • 3.银耳在冷水中浸泡至泡发。
    • 4.南瓜去皮、去籽,切成小块。
    • 5.银耳去蒂、撕成碎朵。
    • 6.汤锅中加足量水,放入银耳、中火煮10分钟。
    • 7.加入南瓜、红枣,转至小火慢炖20分钟。
    • 8.转至大火炖5分钟,再转小火放入冰糖炖煮5分钟即可。
