Steps to make 肉末豆芽韭菜

  • 1.绿豆芽和韭菜清洗干净;时间允许的话可将绿豆芽的根部去掉,这样看着就清爽多了,如果没时间可不去,还能增加植物纤维。
  • 2.韭菜切2公分长段。
  • 3.热锅凉油,猪肉馅入锅,用铲子迅速划散成小颗粒。
  • 4.倒少许酱油增色添香。
  • 5.豆芽入锅,中大火翻炒2分钟,撒一丢丢盐,再倒点儿酱油,豆芽炒到完全变软呈透明状。
  • 6.韭菜段入锅,翻炒几下,出锅。
  • 7.肉末豆芽韭菜,清香脆嫩爽口!
