  • 1.盐渍樱花倒入温中泡一下(1—2分钟),有利于去除盐渍樱花里多余的咸味儿。也利于花朵展开得更好看,多换几次水盐味就不会存留了,爱吃酸酸甜甜的同学换2.3次就可以啦
  • 2. 小锅中倒入适量开水,
  • 3.放入8g白凉粉和25g白砂糖,

  • 5.开小火煮到沸腾就可以关火啦,放一旁静置三分钟,做出来的水信玄饼会比较晶莹剔透。不要时间太长 凉一点就会成型了 如果已经成型了还可以再加热一下就又会变成液体拉~
  • 6.接下来倒入模具中就可以啦 八分满哦
  • 7.放入泡好的樱花,用牙签摆开花型,为了让樱花更好看一些
  • 8.在模具上方凹槽处用漏斗倒入 这个步骤是为了让其有压力 闭合的更紧
  • 9.室温静置大约一小时即可,如果你喜欢吃冷的,可以放入冰箱冷藏20分钟。
