一直觉得东坡肉很给力
但是家里没有小点的砂锅没法做,于是我就用现有条件做一个用黄酒烧的红烧肉
这个绝对不正宗,但是经过改良的红烧肉带上了黄酒的香气。很是美味,带来了不一样的感受。

  • 1.1、准备原料。
  • 2.2、五花肉切大块后焯水备用。
  • 3.3、锅中不放油倒入五花肉炒出油,表面焦黄即可。
  • 4.4、倒入多余的油,加入大量黄酒没过肉。
  • 5.5、加入生抽两大勺,老抽一大勺,五香粉一小勺。
  • 6.6、加入适量冰糖和葱姜。
  • 7.7、大火烧开后,小火一小时以上直至肉软烂。
  • 8.8、加盐和鸡精再煮5分钟,大火收汁即可。
