琴心新版叫花鸡
叫花鸡是一到名菜,好像各地都有,版本不同,做法不同。不过,菜的起源,故事的轮廓,大概还是一样的。当年做叫花鸡的叫花子,就地取材,能取到啥材料就用啥材料,使得一味好菜诞生了。今天,俺也做一道叫花鸡,有啥材料用啥材料,看看作出来是啥味道,哈哈。
在超市买了一只农家鸡,一斤多一点,再从厨房翻出一堆调味料,看看哪些配合的好味道。叫花鸡要用泥,在家里就不用泥了,找到一些面粉,就当泥用了,哈哈。

Steps to make 琴心新版叫花鸡

  • 1.将鸡洗净。
  • 2.配料准备好切碎。
  • 3.将配料拌匀涂抹鸡的内外。
  • 4.用保鲜纸将鸡蒙起来,放冰箱腌制一个晚上。
  • 5.去一块新鲜荷叶,将鸡及配料一起包进去。
  • 6.家里有一包自发面粉,正好用上,发面,醒面。
  • 7.鸡用荷叶包好后,再摊开面,把鸡包裹在放里面。
  • 8.包裹好的鸡用托盘盛好,入烤箱180度烤1小时20分钟。
  • 9.烤好了,麽样真可爱。
  • 10.将面煎开,香喷喷的叫花鸡就露出来了。
