  • 乌冬面2人份
  • 洋葱半个
  • 胡萝卜半个
  • 香菇4个
  • 彩椒少许
  • 鱼饼或鱼丸80g
  • 辣白菜80g
  • 海带少许
  • 铿鱼酱油(つゆ)100ml

Steps to make 辣白菜乌冬面

  • 1.100ml的铿鱼酱油
  • 2.对上400ml的水
  • 3.切好辣白菜
  • 4.所有蔬菜和鱼饼切好洗净,切片
  • 5.把步骤2里调好的汁放进锅里,再放入海带,煮到沸腾
  • 6.等到汤沸腾了放进所有食材,煮到熟为止。(大概要3分钟左右就可以)
