冬吃萝卜夏吃姜-----酸辣酱子姜
常言道:“冬吃萝卜夏吃姜,不劳医生开药方”。按中医理论,生姜是助阳之品,自古以来中医素有“男子不可百日无姜”之语。可见这姜确实是个好东西。它不仅对男性有益,对女性也有好处。女性的体质一般偏寒的多,加上夏天炎热,我们食用的冰凉食物很多,所以适当食用一些性温热的姜可以起到驱湿散寒和暖身健胃的效果。
子姜是附有姜芽的嫩姜,没有老姜那么辛辣,可以作菜肴的配菜或者用来酱腌。它的用途很广泛,既是很好的佐料和调味品,也是很好的医疗保健品;可以生食,古人称之为“蔬中拂土”,有解毒杀菌的作用。
夏天没胃口时,吃上几片子姜或者在饭菜里放上一点子姜,都能有效改善食欲,增加饭量,俗话说得好:“饭不香,吃生姜”。

Steps to make 冬吃萝卜夏吃姜-----酸辣酱子姜

  • 1.材料图:子姜、红椒、蒜、葱白。
  • 2.子姜洗净晾干水份(如果赶时间可擦干水份),切成细丝(我只用了一半)。
  • 3.红椒洗净晾干水份,切成细丝,蒜去皮切成细丝。
  • 4.把切好的子姜丝、红椒丝、蒜丝,一起倒入大碗中。
  • 5.加入适量泡椒水。
  • 6.加入1汤勺白糖、2汤勺生抽、1汤勺醋。
  • 7.拌匀,装入消毒过的无油无水的密封玻璃瓶里腌上一天后开始食用。(当然,这时候也是可以吃的,只是没那么入味)
  • 8.如果要取一部分先食用,在食用前加入一点葱白丝,也很不错。
