翻糖能做出好多种类,如小动物,花朵,人物,卡通,礼服等等,我初学乍练的就做几朵小花吧,一来没那么重,不费料,再呢,爸爸下个月过生日,我要给他做个生日蛋糕,做奶油表花的,妈妈这辈子也特别喜欢花,,想在蛋糕上再放几朵翻糖小花,一定会更漂亮的,所以要多练习翻糖花,这次也买了好几样做花朵的膜具,今天也用一下,膜具说是康乃馨的,我也没看出是啥,反正用了,其实做花朵一是要有耐心,二是要掌握技巧,只有多练才能学会,我还要继续练下去

Steps to make 康乃馨翻糖蛋糕

  • 1.操做垫和手上抹点白油,取翻糖膏适量,搓圆压扁擀圆片,比纸杯表面大一圈
  • 2.事先预备纸杯蛋糕四个,(我的菜谱中有做法)把翻糖片铺在纸杯蛋糕上
  • 3.用手往下压一圈,纸杯边缘可以断开翻糖膏的
  • 4.拽下多余的翻糖膏
  • 5.取干佩斯一块擀平,要薄点,在上面印上花膜
  • 6.取下印好的花瓣,用工具笔依次压一圈,要从里向外拉的手法
  • 7.压好的花瓣成弯曲状,像花瓣一样
  • 8.这套膜具共大,中,小三个,每个压出两片,像上面那样压出花瓣最大的放在外面依次摞在一起,从中间折一下,每个之间都要抹蜂蜜
  • 9.做好的花瓣中间可以用笔尖戳个洞,干佩斯搓个小条塞进去,抹点蜂蜜沾到蛋糕上,整理一下花瓣
  • 10.用嘴细笔沾上红色素在花瓣的边缘涂上一圈
  • 11.继续做粉色的
  • 12.方法和上面相同
  • 13.也抹点蜂蜜沾在蛋糕上
  • 14.同样方法再做个浅蓝色的
  • 15.再做黄色的(颜色可跟据自己喜欢的定)
  • 16.我还做了个深粉色的玫瑰花,贴花芯的不用按压,卷紧,其它的一圈比一圈高点,最外层边用手卷下边,比较像
  • 17.蓝色妖姬方法与上相同
