上周给大家介绍了普洱的早餐之一豌豆汤米粉,今天再给大家介绍滑润、香甜、爽口的花生汤米粉,花生汤米粉采用圆润饱满的红皮花生,加上少量大米磨成浆熬制成汤,淋在米粉上,配上一些自家烧的臊子(当地人叫照帽),葱姜汁、韭菜、香菜、油辣椒等佐料。它也是来普洱旅游者必品的一道美味小吃。当然它也是我家今天的早餐。

Steps to make 花生汤米粉

  • 1.花生、大米提前一晚用水泡发。
  • 2.葱、香菜洗净切断,小米辣、蒜、姜切碎。
  • 3.把切好的葱、香菜、小米辣、蒜、姜放碗里,加入酱油、味精调成辣椒味汁。

  • 5.把花生、大米放入料理机里打成浆。
  • 6.锅里放入适量水烧开。
  • 7.倒入打好的花生浆。
  • 8.要不断搅动,以免糊锅,花生汤烧沸后改小火再煮两分钟,浇在米粉上,舀上肉帽,淋入辣椒味汁,放入适量盐即可食用。
