水果玉米羹

Steps to make 水果玉米羹

  • 1.准备好所有材料。
  • 2.将玉米皮剥去,用清水冲洗干净。放在擦丝板上将玉米粒擦碎直到玉米瓤处。
  • 3.擦好的玉米浆以及剩余的玉米瓤,玉米瓤此时可别扔掉。
  • 4.将苹果和梨洗干净之后削去皮,切成一厘米见方的小丁。
  • 5.锅里加冷水,放入水果丁,大火烧开。
  • 6.烧开后将玉米瓤用食物夹夹着放到锅里轻轻“摆”两下,将残留的玉米浆全部“摆”进锅里,然后将玉米瓤捞出来不要。
  • 7.在锅里加入擦出的玉米浆和冰糖,再次烧至沸腾,调中火煮两三分钟。
  • 8.最后调大火,将水淀粉搅拌均匀后沿着锅边淋入锅中,用汤勺快速搅拌使汤羹粘稠。
