  • 1.将油皮中月饼粉、温水、猪油倒入盆中揉成光滑的面团
  • 2.油酥中月饼粉、猪油揉成团
  • 3.包上保鲜膜放置30分钟左右
  • 4.咸蛋黄分成10份
  • 5.豆沙分成10份包上咸蛋黄,油皮和油酥分别分成10份
  • 6.用油皮包上油酥
  • 7.压扁擀平后卷成长条
  • 8.再次压扁擀平后卷成长条
  • 9.将长条两端往中间
  • 10.压平擀成圆形后包上豆沙馅料
  • 11.压成圆形后刷上一层蛋黄液,洒上熟芝麻,烤箱180度预热5分钟,烤30分钟即可
