神奇斑澜(无色素)糯米棕

Steps to make 神奇斑澜(无色素)糯米棕

  • 1.选干净、无霉的棕子叶一把。
  • 2.白糯米洗净用纯净水浸泡一夜,再换干净水。
  • 3.红糯米是在早市买的(偶遇)、之前在网上买过云南彩糯米。如上述洗净浸泡。
  • 4.紫糯米如上所述。
  • 5.蜜枣选稍硬点的、洗净待用。
  • 6.将锅中水烧开放入干棕子叶煮半小时、煮透、反复洗净待用
  • 7.我用了了种不同的米包了纯红色、纯紫色、各种混色、都是随意包的用白线绳捆住,剪去多余的叶边、整齐好看。
  • 8.将棕子摆放在锅中。
  • 9.锅中后加水大烧开5一10分钟,转小火煮50分钟焖了一夜。
  • 10.已煮好的棕子。
  • 11.去掉棕子叶,彩糯棕子闪亮登场了。
  • 12.切开看看、多种颜色糯米、蜜枣、大芸豆镶嵌其中,美不胜收。
  • 13.品尝其口味纯正、软糯香甜。
  • 14.斑澜的色彩诱人食欲,家人争相抢光,自已动手为家人(端午未到、家人都提前吃好多次)一饱口(眼)福吧。
