Steps to make 糖醋排骨

  • 1.子排切成小段,用清水浸泡出血水。
  • 2.将浸泡好的排骨加入1小勺盐拌匀。
  • 3.加2勺生抽拌匀。
  • 4.再打入一个鸡蛋拌匀。
  • 5.然后加入1大勺糯米粉让排骨上浆。腌制30分钟。
  • 6.1勺生粉加清水调成水淀粉待用。
  • 7.锅中放适量油。
  • 8.放入腌制好的排骨。
  • 9.炸至金黄色起锅。
  • 10.锅中留少许底油,放入1大勺蕃茄酱、2勺醋、适量糖调成糖醋汁。
  • 11.放入炸好的排骨。翻拌均匀。
  • 12.最后放入水淀粉勾芡翻炒均匀后出锅。
