Steps to make 日式蜜豆鲷鱼烧

  • 1.准备材料。黄油提前融化。
  • 2.鸡蛋、牛奶、蜂蜜和白砂糖搅拌均匀。
  • 3.泡打粉、玉米淀粉与低粉混合过筛。
  • 4.用蛋抽拌匀后倒入融化的黄油翻拌均匀。
  • 5.状态如图示。然后把面糊静置半小时。
  • 6.静置半小时后,把面糊倒入裱花袋内。
  • 7.鲷鱼烧模具烧热,小火,挤入6分左右的面糊,在鱼身撒入适量蜜豆,然后再挤入面糊至满模,盖上模具,小火两面慢慢烙熟。
