  • 1.将牛奶与玉米油拌在一起,搅拌均匀,
  • 2.筛入低粉,拌匀,
  • 3.筛入紫薯粉,拌匀,
  • 4.蛋白与蛋黄分离,分别装在两具干净无油的盆里,将蛋黄分次加入面粉糊里,拌匀,
  • 5.蛋白中一次性加入草莓味棉花糖,
  • 6.打发至硬性发泡,即出现短的小尖钩,因为草莓味棉花糖是粉色的,此时蛋白也是淡淡的粉色,很好看,还散了出阵阵棉花糖的甜味
  • 7.取1/3的蛋白拌入面糊中,翻拌均匀,再将一起倒入剩余的蛋白中,翻拌均匀,
  • 8.蛋糕糊拌匀后,倒入模具中,此方子的量正好是一个八寸或两个位六寸,轻震出大气泡,
  • 9.烤箱预热,上下火,180度,最下层,烤30分钟左右,出炉后,震几下,马上倒扣,晾凉后脱模。
