法式苹果可丽饼
没有奶油了,可也不能阻止我做个无馅版的可丽饼,改良了配方,添加了苹果果酱,淋上玫瑰酱,味道更棒呢,配牛奶,早餐真棒,

  • 白砂糖15g

Steps to make 法式苹果可丽饼

  • 1.鸡蛋加白砂糖打散,
  • 2.加入适量牛奶调匀,
  • 3.再加入苹果果酱调匀,(苹果果酱是自己做的,果肉多,糖少,如果直接买外面做的就少放点,不然会很甜的,)
  • 4.加入低筋面粉,
  • 5.调匀,浓度大概就是筷子提起来能拉出线条即可,不能的适当增加牛奶或低粉,
  • 6.平底锅微微抹油,
  • 7.舀入30ml(一汤勺)的面糊,转动锅,使之均匀的挂在锅上,小火慢煎,
  • 8.待一面完全凝固,翻面,两面煎熟,两两对折即可,吃时淋上玫瑰花酱或者玫瑰花露,
